A nice easy to use bot that will show you the weather anywhere, anytime!
Commands:
/weather : Get's information on a specific area. Displays all current weather data./forecast : Get's the forecast for a specific area.
Settings
/settings degree : Set's the default degree type /settings location : Set's the default location, if enabled, all you have to do is /weather or /forecast, and it will turn to this location automatically
/settings current : Show's current settings

When set the settings for Imperial, it uses KPH instead of MPH. Then when you set the settings for Metric, it uses MPH instead of KPH. It seems like a basic Boolean flag was flipped by mistake in the coding of the bot. Just figured I'd mention this in hopes of getting it fixed,

Great but i would like to set the bot to respond in private chat, not in public. how can i do that?

Works great, no issues, and it got my selections correctly by town names. Good job here, with it had a radar screen snap shot to go with it.
