A Discord bot that reminds you to take breaks from your screen.
The 20/20/20 Rule Discord bot reminds you to take breaks from the screen every once in a while. It follows the simple 20/20/20 rule, which you can read more about here. It sends you a PM every 20 minutes to remind you to look away from the screen. Focus your sight on something about 20 feet (6 meters) away and keep that focus for 20 seconds. That's it!
Server owners can add this bot to their server to provide their members with this service. No setup required.
Remember, the bot won't send notifications if you are "idle", "offline" or "don't disturb".
