The bot is offline more than it is online, configuring anything is a pain in the ass, and now that commands were moved to the dashboard, which is terrible, this bot is impossible to use. 0/10. Don't waste your time

The staff is rude, ignores the users, and gives many excuses for not wanting to fix it. Bot is down more than anything. It simple doesn’t work.

Doesn't work AT ALL, and if go into the support server to look for help they just don't respond. So disappointing and super frustrating.

Bot has been pretty much broken since dashboard got added and several of my staff has complained about how it's confusing to remove points now and there's a lot of errors until the bot gets less broken/ back to the functionality it had before dashboard: I do not recommend the bot adding slashcommands as an alternative to the dashboard would be nice

You need to make all the roles you add pingable by everyone which isn't exactly ideal for a bigger server

It's just a bit confusing to work but I set it up for two servers and it's amazing!
