Been using their service for about 3 years now. Absolutely now complaints, and the price is on point too. Great support, great bot. That's all.

So easy to set up and has a lot of features. I just wish premium wasn't so necessary to use the bot. Without premium you can have one embed with 3 buttons (for different ticket reasons that is). It's not very expensive but it's still money out of own pocket.

Best ticket bot I have ever used! It got awesome features and very customisable! One of my favourite bits is the Average response time variable. Ontop of this, the support team is awesome and responds within 5m of a query. Awesome bot! My only negative is that it’s a bit hard to setup. However the support helped me to do this.
