I mean yes! It's big at the top of the page. I explained why on this page:

"The bot was free for a long time, but it has grown very rapidly in the last few months, which has pushed the server to its limits. So I would have to upgrade it, but this costs a lot of money per month. However, since this bot lacks any financing, that would be a pure minus deal.
Therefore, memberships on Patreon are the alternative to taking the bot completely offline. I'd be happy if some fans love Lollipop enough to pay a little for it.
If the bot has better financing, I'll be happy to make it available to everyone again."
