Covid-19

Covid-19 is an easy-to-use bot that features reporting of live statistics from around the world for the Novel Coronavirus pandemic of 2020 (Covid-19).

This bot can report stats globally, by country, by continent, and by U.S. state. You can request specific data or get summaries that list several stats as well as any recent changes. On top of the current feature set, the bot gets frequently upgraded and improved based on usage and feedback, so expect further improvents and new features to keep coming!

Commands and usage:

• To see a situation summary for worldwide, simply use .cv
• For a specific country, use .cv <country>
• For a whole continent, use .cv <continent>
• For a US state, use .cv s <state>
• For countries and continents, you can also view cases/deaths/recoveries individually using .cv <c/d/r> <country>

Examples:

• .cv => display summary for worldwide
• .cv de => display summary for Germany
• .cv c us => display only cases for United States
• .cv d it => display only deaths for Italy
• .cv d italy => also display only deaths for Italy, but using full name for input
• .cv s mn => display summary for the state of Minnesota
• .cv d it => display only deaths for Italy
• .cv r => display only recoveries for worldwide
• .cv north america => display summary for North America

Notes and extras:

• You can use either the 2-letter abbreviation, or the full name for countries and states.
• For continents you must use the FULL name when specifiying them. Examples: North America, Africa...
• Summary reports have counters for new daily data which resets at the end of the day. You can see when the next reset will occur using .cv time.
• This bot is open source and frequently updated! You can get the github link using .cv github.
