This bot brings back Discord's @someone April fools update. It will pick a random person from the server (E.g. random winner).
Example usage of this bot:
Bot's information:
-Commands: s!info, s!invite.
-Only users with Mention Everyone permission can use @someone.
-The bot will create a mentionable role called someone if it has permission.
-The bot needs to have Manage Webhooks permission.
