Slowmode

Great bot does what its supposed to. Only negative thing about it is that i cant exclude members from slowmode. Would love to have that as a feature for boosters but it seems like no bot has this. Either way great and simple bot

I think it would be good if you added the slowmode function by roles. We need to restrict sending for a specific role...(I have absolutely no ideas)

it does exactly what i need it to do. set slowmodes. and it does it right without any issues
