Many typos, you can close normal chats. Wouldn't recommend. I don't see how you can have typos with THREE people working on the bot, wouldn't call them developers since everything is taken from github.

What can this bot do?
-- This bot can do multiple things like making a new ticket.
All of the commands
- close

- new
-- this will set-up, and create a ticket (if the bot isnt setup, it will. After setup its good!)
