Impulse Revive Bot

This bot will help you out on managing revives on Torn City. The most advanced out there.

1. ?help command will make the PM you the commands list.
2. ?add factionname#factionid (test#123): This command will be used by our customers to register their discords into our database.
3. ?info: This command will show the current status of contracts/fixed rates of a customer with us.
4. ?revive: Pretty obvious, it will ping our revivers in the revivers channel for a private revive, which is not under contract nor fixed rate.
5. ?contract: This is the command it should be used to ping our revivers for a revive under contract agreements.
6. ?fixed: This command will ping our revivers for a fixed rate revive, a rate on which we took agreement with the customer. i.e. customers pay 50M to get revives for like a month at 750k instead of 1 xanax. (Pretty stupid example but you get the idea).
7. ?pause: This command is used by our customers in case they want to pause the contract. It will ping our Leadership.
8. ?stop: Same as pause but it requests a stop.
9. ?count: If you're under contract, this will count the revives from the contract start moment.
10. ?limit #number (?limit 500): This command will make our bot PM you at 90%, 95%, and at 100% of the number of revives you put as limit.
