5 stars until it wanted me to pay the quality of translation was great but then it stopped and wanted to pay to keep using

Yes, I'm sad to do this too. Unfortunately the costs to run it became high, and I was forced to recoup costs. I wish there was a free-option for everyone too! There is a free-tier in Rosetta, so you can still use it for free, if you wish.

I had paid for the first tier (bronze). Granted it was only $5.00 USD, but I got nothing. I felt I had wasted money. I could find no website or a way to contact anyone.
