Quick and easy weather for any given city or state, using WeatherAPI.com. This bot will respond to the prefix "?" following any city or state, or both. It will send a message in the embed form, giving you the temperature, wind speed and direction, humidity, and more. Use can use "?help" to learn the correct syntax. Cities and states are case insensitive and are subject to the API's availibility.
