Tried to get help from the support server and ask questions, and I got banned because the owner can't separate work from personal life. Safe to say I'll be using a different bot with better support from now on!

bad. other bots have the features fatalbot has but more refined and with a few more user friendly options. e.g. other bots dm the user when they have been warned/banned but fatal bot doesnt (at least when i used it and it shouldve been a feature from the start). this isnt a hard feature to code. 
Id be willing to change my review if the bot was improved c:
