Discord is an amazing platform to engage with your community. But it gets hard when people ask the same questions again and again. And let's be honest, nobody reads long and boring FAQs anymore. That's where the Q&A Bot comes into play.

The Q&A Bot uses Natural Language Processing to answer questions in your Discord chat from a set of predefined Q&A pairs. The bot only replies to questions when it has a high confidence in its similarity, thus eliminating spam. The server settings and Q&A pairs can be managed on our website at https://www.qabot.social.

🍳 Simple. Our website has a neat and simple UI which allows you to manage Q&A pairs, set roles for access and set active channels for the bot.

🧠 Smart. Our bot uses Machine Learning to analyse all the chats in your active server channels and only answers when it has high confidence that it knows the answer.

🔒 Secure. You don't need to remember any usernames or passwords. We authenticate you using Discord's OAuth API. You can also control who has master access to your data.
