Amazing bot that is very useful. The permission system is a little confusing at first but I love the bot!

Setup Info (May be changed): Anyone with Admin permission can set up permissions using .perm (perm level) (role) The server owner permanently has a permission level of 4 no matter what roles they have. Roles with admin can be set to have a permission level of less than 4.
