Shinobi Saigen is a literate Naruto RP community created by the original owner of the once prominent Shinobi Timelines Reborn. Saigen brings that same high quality experience with more refined system that is less punishing and more welcoming to newer members. Unlike most servers, we are not afraid to drift from the canon lore and as a result we have created a lore rich based on the Naruto universe.
