How to Apply for FEDERAL: • You must submit an application with specific info • Teams are decided by -VENOM OR GHOST- • Direct message a tester or another person with a higher rank to be tested for the clan • Admission to a team won't be judged as harshly, as you are likely to make at least Sub Team
