JJBA: Lonesome Vegas

It is the beginning of the 22nd Century. The war known as World War III has finally ended, however what is left is not much to be desired. Unfortunately, major cities begun to rebuild. One of those cities calls itself a haven, that city being Vegas. Many people attempt to make it to Vegas, with many people failing, be it from lack of resources, or due to the new plagues that scorns humanity. One of those plagues happen to be Rock Disease, a disease that causes people to begin to harden like rocks.

The date is March 25th, 2102. A strange meteor would crash nearby the Haven. Many would be attracted to the meteor as it would soon manifest strange spirit-like entities. At first, people dubbed them, 'Personas', but later dubbed to 'Stands'. It is said that there had been individuals prior who were capable of manifesting such entities prior due to strange 'Arrows' though, there have been no evidence to back this up, as the current lead of the Speedwagon Foundation has gone missing for the time being.

The current date is March 25th, 2105. You are a new arrival in Vegas. There is much corruption, running around the city, with many mysteries going around. Your destiny is in your hands.
