the system is the people the voters are my test subjets and the obserbers don't enforce law they enforce peace and mutual respect you join under those terms

My only two rules (we can make more but these are like the constitution that can't be changed until you convince a neutral observer)

no NSFW if the server bad you do something to make it right what ever way you can come up with And you Have to prepose an idea or vote on an idea (we can think of a schedule) but the longer you've been on doesn't give you any privileges
