Conditional is about the City of Oklahoma Classifying various health conditions as superpowers. These people are called Unnaturals.
Unnaturals are trapped in a quarantined city There are 2 generations of powers. Gen 1 and Gen 2+ Gen 2.5 Gen 2.5 are people born inbetween the 2nd and 3rd Gens. 3rd gen characters are not allowed as almost all of them are 6 years. you usually find your powers inbetween 7-15 Gen 3 characters average ages right now are between 6-12 Unnaturals can buy dampening collars to visit the outside world. Unnaturals born with Natural parents are permitted to live in the outside world. Unnaturals in the quarantined city can only leave to the outside world for school.
