Exec Trade

ExecTrade is a screener that detects insider activity from company executives. Insider trading is when company executives know information about their company that the public doesn’t which would affect stock price as soon as the news goes public. To try preventing this, the SEC made it mandatory for all company executives to make their stock trade information public the second they make the trade. However, executives still make their insider trades, the information is just public now. There are thousands of multiple page filings posted per day and it would be impossible to identify good stocks manually. Hence, we developed ExecTrade, a screener that reads thousands of SEC filings per day, and filters out the noise to show you unusual activity within companies and more information to suggest whether the stock price will go up or not.
