Why join a Duel Academy when you can build one from the ground up?" Royal City has a long history, in school you'd learn about the royal kingdoms that claimed land over one another in the 1,000 Year War, today Royal City is a modern city - kinda average in most aspects. They are above average in crime. Four gangs have pretty much all the control and influence of the city; each one been mainstays for the 60 years. Each has their own values; each has gang leaders with royal lineage.
Well you might've came to join a gang...or you came to help build Royal City's very first Duel Academy: either by being part of the staff or being of the first ever class of students. A few people have come to help try to build this academy in order to create duelist who can help end the gang wars, along the way you'll be able to find out duel spirit secrets and buy/own your own locations in the RP.
