1. Who is this Discord group for?

This is for anyone interested in improving their programming and web development skills. Whether you are an experienced developer or a beginner, we will have different types of projects ranging in skill levels. This group is perfect for self learners, bootcamp grads and job seekers who is looking to continue to develop their skills. How long is each project?

For beginner and intermediate projects we usually set a deadline to around

1 week. If it is an advanced project it could be as long as 2 weeks. We try not to select any projects that is too complex that would require more than 2 weeks to complete.

2. How often do I have to participate?

You are free to participate how often as you wish. We understand that lives can get busy but we encourage users to participate as much as possible.

3. What kind of projects do you work on?

Currently, all of our projects are frontend focused based on this GitHub Repository. In the future, if there is enough demand, we may consider fullstack projects challenges. How Does DevJam Work?

We are still a very new Discord group, so we are still trying to figure out the best way to organize our weekly projects so that everyone is able to participate. This is a general outline of our process.

1. Project Voting - Every Thursday @ 11AM EST.
2. Project Development starts - Every Friday @ 11AM EST.
3. Project Development for 1 or 2 weeks depending on project difficulty.
4. Project Award Voting at the end of each project. Awards voting is open for 1 week.
