Ocean: The Rising

The year is 2022 but things have changed since the new year began. The world changed. Any state, country, town, city, village was completely surrounded by the ocean itself leaving any hope for escape or travel slim and far between however, any coastal city, town, or village was left unharmed as they were already surrounded to begin with since the world began. People from all walks of life end up living normal lives the best they can many don't seem to mind this and are at peace with the new world.
