Welcome to Isobu! This is a naruto server, you have the choice to use canon characters or an OC. This server takes place while Tsunade is the Hokage. We have a two OC limit with only one canon per person. We also have a balanced power scale, no one will be overpowered without detailed training and time in rp. We also have unbiased admin that will help in any situation. We hope you have fun here!
