Vallentine City was once a promising utopia for all, created by the Vallen Family decades ago, that ultimately failed its goal and was divided into multiple districts, the pre-existing hatred and discrimination among the supernatural in Vallentine leading to its failure. With that, Vallentine City crumbled and the promised utopia that would unite all had now dissolved into a city where tension between the people was higher than ever before. This permanently damaged the peace, now forgotten in favor of violence, now being the only way to survive and make a living within Vallentine. Even though hope was all but absent from this world, it didn't mean that it was completely gone.
