A long time ago, the world was destroyed by a plague that ravaged every living thing it touched. To survive, large islands of rock burst free from the ground and rose to float in the winds, untouchable and free. When the decay finally faded, twolegs used strange vehicles and disappeared, leaving the floating islands to the cats.

This is where this story takes place: on the Floating Islands of Zephyr. Connected only by the wind, strange land structures, and even stranger twoleg constructions and bridges, the clans survive in the clouds.
