Naruto World: Retrograde

'Retrograde', the latest storyline for the game about to start, beings roughly eighty years after the events of Naruto. Following peace amongst the villages, all is well in the world.. for a time. But inevitably, the free roaming of Bijuu, the gigantic living chakra monsters that exist as existential threats in the world, begin to cause problems for the hidden villages once more. When the Kyuubi decimates Amegakure and decides to take up residence in what was once a prominent human village, it provokes a response from the Hokage, who is then killed as a result. With the leader of the most prominent Ninja Village killed, and with the Bijuu roaming and unwilling to negotiate with Ninja, all of the villages are once again fearing for their own survival.. and preparing for the next time a Bijuu decides to encroach upon their lands. The newest generation of Ninja are being raised in the shadow of the fear of these monsters and what they might do, preparing for what seems to be an inevitable confrontation.. can Ninja still conquer such mighty beasts? Is there really no other way?
