The Rise of the Hydra Nexus. In the aftermath of the multiversal shattering (caused by the incursion events and the collapse of the Sacred Timeline), a rogue council of surviving Hydra leaders across countless timelines—calling themselves The Hydra Nexus—has found a way to unify their power across realities. Led by a dark variant of Arnim Zola (known as Zol’Aether, a sentient techno-entity made from multiversal quantum code), the Nexus has one goal: to overwrite all timelines with a single, Hydra-dominated order. They don’t just want control—they want consistency. A reality where Hydra always “wins” unless someone stands up against them.
