Rainbow Recovery (in The Lifestyle)

AA is not an easy pill to swallow (ha) for an atheist alcoholic. AA helped me in a crisis, but it started giving me pause years before i ever went. it was the language, the gendering, racist, mysognistic, heavily religious word. It can really kick some of us when we are down.I started looking more into alternative programs and many of them do 12 steps and meetings as well because it works. RiTL has changed a bit of the language of the literature for a more modern read through.I have seen many versions from many cultures of 12 step literature and it will be great to shared here eventually as well. We are starting out with a once weekly meeting saturday afternoon starting early january 2026 that will be a hybrid - in Utah and online in the discord voice chat.
