This Discord bot is a comprehensive server management and support solution designed to improve moderation, communication, and user experience within Discord communities.

The bot provides a fully featured ticket system that allows users to create support tickets directly from the server interface. Tickets can be configured as standard or anonymous, enabling users to communicate privately with staff members when anonymity is required. In anonymous mode, messages sent via direct messages are securely forwarded to the ticket channel, ensuring privacy while maintaining effective staff communication.

Staff members can claim tickets, transfer them to other authorized staff, reopen closed tickets, or permanently delete them. Each ticket includes advanced management options such as adding or removing users, applying slow mode with predefined intervals, and creating or removing dedicated voice channels linked to the ticket. All ticket-related actions—including creation, claims, transfers, user changes, and closures—are automatically logged to a configurable log channel for transparency and moderation tracking.

Beyond ticket management, the bot includes moderation tools such as bans, kicks, timeouts, warnings, and message management, helping staff maintain order and enforce server rules effectively. It also supports registration systems, logging configurations, and role-based permissions, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive actions.

The bot is fully integrated with a web-based dashboard, allowing administrators to configure server settings, manage ticket behavior, and control bot features through an intuitive interface. The dashboard supports Discord OAuth authentication and is optimized for both desktop and mobile access.
