Update
We've added some new stuff to our bot! - URL NSFW Scanner: Our Url scanner now also detects and reacts to NSFW url's. Now users and staff can easily identify NSFW related links. - ULR Scanner Improvement: Thanks to offer of a third party, we're strenghtening our ULR Scanner. Making our url-scanner even more accurate! - Russian translation support: After the offer of some community members, we've also managed to support russian into our bot! - Small bug-fixes: We've addes some small bug fixes regarding the setup menu and implemented new warnings for missing permissions. If you want the bot to support other languages, feel free to apply as translator, the more translators we get, the more languages we can support!
New Dashboard Feature
We may not have pushed many updates recently, but we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes! I’m excited to announce the second major feature added to SafeNet — one that has been highly requested by the communities using our service: Server Backups. What are server backups? It’s quite simple. You can create a backup free of charge, and in the event that your server is ever nuked or raided beyond recovery, you can restore it using one of your backups. It’s that straightforward. What exactly does the backup system save? The backup system preserves the most important parts of your server, including: Server roles (along with their permissions and settings) Channels & categories (including their permissions and settings) Role assignments (which users had which roles) The bot does not store message history or certain server settings, as these are restricted by Discord or not feasible to back up at scale. Important note regarding the backup system Each server is provided with 3 backup slots. When a 4th backup is created, the oldest backup will automatically be overwritten. Due to the scope of this feature, we have decided to release it in two parts. The next update will include: An auto-backup system (allowing you to schedule periodic backups) Full dashboard support (the backup system is currently only accessible via commands and not yet visible on the dashboard) We also strongly recommend granting SafeNet Administrator permissions to ensure it has full access to view and properly save all roles and channels within your server. New URL Safety Feature
Bot has a new URL scanning feature, warning staff and users when a shared url contains harmfull content or possible malware/scam related content. This option is accessable in the settings menu!
