Ticket Tool

This bot is designed specifically to do support channels or tickets, if a user types .new or .new <message> into a channel, it will immediately create a ticket channel. Once a channel is added, a user can type what they need help with, once they have done that, anyone who has access to support channels (The owner will need to do .addaccess <roleID> to give support role access to see the tickets) Can help our your members, once the issue is resolved, you can simple type .close, once you do that, the bot will ask you to type close to verify that you indeed to want to close the ticket!
