CompBot

CompBot Alpha-v0.1.0: CompBot enhances discord servers for all levels of gameplay. Challenge your friends, or compete against strangers with the last competitive bot you will ever need. This bot is nearly completely controlled through a graphical user interface. The exception to this is the one time /setup command required to initialize the bot.

Setup: Run the /setup command to configure the bot. Upon entering /setup, a UI will appear which a user with "Manage Server" permissions can choose the channel the bot will be active in, select moderator roles, and choose a specific channel for moderators to handle disputes (this channel can be the same as the main bot channel).

Free Tier (per guild): CompBot is a competitive ranked bot which manages and moderates tournament brackets for all players. CompBot provides unrestricted tournaments completely free of cost. Although the bot can currently only handle 1v1 tournaments, more formats are in development. The user interface makes it easy for users, and bracket images are automatically generated and updated on status change.

Paid Tier (per guild): CompBot has additional server manager and ranked play capabilities for those who wish to upgrade their gameplay to the next level. The main upgrades in this alpha build is the built in ranking system. The bot autonomously calculates player Rank Points (RP) and assigns registered members with server roles based on their RP. These ranks are assigned by server owners and moderators, with the option to update rank thresholds. To assist with this, The Ranked Play option becomes available to all members in a premium guild to request matches against other players. Additionally, players stats are tracked from match to match. Currently tracked stats are:

• W/L Ratio

• Tournament wins

• Tournament Losses

  Upcoming features will include collecting match history, player specific match history, and more.

Note: This is an Alpha build, with many more features incoming. All subscriptions purchased in this alpha stage will directly support the furthering development of CompBot.
