The developers or the support team seem to lack programming knowledge or understanding of their own code. It's possible they used AI to write the code. The support is unhelpful, and the bot works sporadically. It's terrible.

At first it was excellent but due to certain inconsistencies I preferred to simply stop using it. A subscription type reward on my server did not seem to be charging users despite having retained the role for more than 1 month and even 2 (as far as i can understand from a "subscription" model, it ends once you stop paying for it, right?)
