Features:

You need these channels for logging, "logs", and "ticket-logs" (no need for the ""'s)

Commands	What they do
new	Opens a ticket
close	Closes a ticket
add	Adds a user (BY ID)
remove	Removes a user (BY ID)
purge	Mass Deletes messages
giveRole	Gives a user a role (BY ID)
lockdown on/off	Locks all channels (only admins can type)
slowmode	Set Slowmode (by seconds)
ban	Bans a user
kick	Kicks a user
warn	Warns a user
serverinfo	Shows server info
userinfo	Shows user info (you can now @ them :D)
poll	Creates a poll (# a channel, channel names wont work)
8ball	Randomly generate answers from your question!
randomnumber	Generates a number between 1 and 100

Make sure you use these in lowercase. I will add that fix in the future
