[[VILLAN]] A villan. Interesting. Whatever your... Reason... Might be, Townsville is the perfect place to help you achieve it. Why, you might ask? Between you and me, it's the central station for all the power the world has to offer... But, that's not all.... I'll leave you to figure it by yourself. For now, get your villan license at the school for heroes.
