Here are the different types of members we have in our community . Regardless of position, we encourage all our members to try everything we have to offer, such as clubs, monthly events, and any of the different groups. If positions need to be changed at any point in time, please contact a Dean or Headmaster in regards to this. Most importantly, this community runs because of communication. If you are unable to complete an assignment or lesson on time, please contact another staff member of appropriate position. We do allow hiatuses (up to 3 months) should any personal problems come up during your time here. We believe that taking care of any issues is more important anything else – especially an assignment or lesson.

S t u d e n t s

You will draw to complete assignments given by the professors every 2 weeks and will be given feedback on what you did well and what needs to be improved. In addition to this, students are able to participate in events, clubs, and much more.

A s s i s t a n t s

You will be assisting the professor in any way that they may need in addition to your two main jobs: collect assignments at the end of the lesson cycle, and help with giving feedback to students. TAs are also encouraged to participate in events and helping plan them, participate in & run clubs, and much more.

P r o f e s s o r s

Every 6 weeks, you will have to plan a lesson, draw to completion, and make sure your instructions are clear to the students as to what their task is. At the end of the lesson cycle, you and your assistants will give feedback to your students. In addition, professors may also help plan events and participate in them, join & run clubs, and much more.

The Academy has to offer 8 dorms for applicants to apply to, but not all of them currently have space to house more students or staff. There is some difference between what content will be covered, as well as a difference in the personality of each dorm, and the difficulty. Please note the dorms that are currently open so you may apply to one of them. You may also ask to apply to a personality of a dorm rather than a dorm as well.
