The year is 2030 and the British Empire is still intact. Cruisers and battleships still rule the sea, and the colonies still follow the British way of life. The current monarch is King Edward IX, and it seems that the monarch has more powers. Democracy still rules the British Empire, and no nation will ever overtake the British.
