CareerCompass is a student-focused Discord community designed to make finding work, internships, and early career opportunities easier and less overwhelming.

We curate and share legit, paid, student-friendly opportunities that actually fit around class schedules. Instead of digging through crowded job boards or questionable listings, members can check clear, straightforward postings in one place. Opportunities shared here may be remote, hybrid, in-person, or on-campus, depending on the role.
