Twitch Reminder Bot

### How to use:
1. If your DMs are open, simply start a DM with the bot, if not, the bot works fine in any server channel.
2. Use `/add` to add a reminder to the bot. It will remind you to claim your channel points every 15 minutes.
3. If you wish to remove a reminder, use `/remove`.

*Notice: The reminder frequency may be slightly off.*
