He can tell the time from various timezones and has other and has a generator that assigns fictional characters. He's meant to be funny.
Komaedabot is able to answer questions like a magic 8 ball and currently has two generators that assign people fictional characters. (?dangan and ?mommy) He can also tell the time from various timezones with ?time. A full list of commands is available here on http://komaedabot.tumblr/commands . He also has a few responses to certain characters strings that are meant to be funny.
