Not a great first impression and the bot is useless. Installed it and on day one, added my first feed and the trackers the bot uses (I guess to track the feeds you want pinged) are frozen and not doing anything, so the bot doesn't work at all. Tried posting in the support server and nobody responds to anybody. Multiple posts? Including my own, with 0 replies. Some posts with multiple comments ...
Totally inactive bot support, I just got banned from the support server for asking for help with a problem, I waited 4 days with no answers, even after pinging three people from their team (not the three on same day) but apparently it doesn't matter to them any more than their bot has bugs, yet on the site it literally told me to contact support, in short, I don't even know why I still use this bo...
Got banned from their server for asking help like the guy below and with no utter reason. Quit voting for them and quit supporting them. LAMEST service ever. There's better alternatives. Waste my money for getting a premium >_>
