Eye Bot

Eye bot (prefix !e) allow you to run some commands such as clear,kick,ban... and other that allow to get the bot ping, detailled help list... But more important to me is to have a bot wich has some functionnality searched by the comunity, that's why i did some commands thats allow you (and everybody) to add suggestion to wich feature the bot should have, somes applications are not yet impletmented such as playing music and muting people but they will come soon. Thank for using this bot and i'm impatient to read your suggestions :)
