Detects when discord says you're streaming and then gives you a role called "Streaming" and removes the role when you stop streaming
When Discord detects when a member updates, the bot checks to see if the update changed the member from something that's not streaming, to streaming Detects when discord says you're streaming (won't work if you have a custom status) and then searches for a role called "streaming" or "Streaming" and gives that member that role. If the change is from streaming to something else, it searches for the role and removes it.
