Thread-Watcher is a 100% free and open source discord bot allowing you to keep threads and forum posts un-archived forever.

From the start Thread-Watcher has always been designed to be an easy bot with only one purpose: keeping threads un-archived. You will not find any moderation features, meme commands, or any other bs in this bot. It does one thing and it does it good.

• Want to keep all threads created in a channel un-archived? Thread-Watcher can do that.
• Only want threads with a certain tag to stay un-archived? Thread-Watcher can do that.
• Want a bot with moderation and other fun features? Thread-Watcher can't do that.

Thread-Watcher has and will always be an open source bot. In layman's terms this means you can see, download, and modify the code that Thread-Watcher uses. If there's any feature you miss from the official Thread-Watcher instance you can, with the required know-how, modify the bot and host it for yourself without trouble.

Do you want to automatically create threads when a message is sent to a channel and then keep that thread un-archived? To do this you could use needle in conjunction with Thread-Watchers /auto command
