Best Tickets Bot for Customiseble. And it is to use as well. The owner also helped me with the issue I'm was having with it. I highly recommend it.

A bot for tickets that I didn't know existed until I found it, for my part I think it is a wonderful bot, easy to configure and easy to use as a member or staff of some community

Easily the best tickets bot I have ever used, absolutely love the web panel as it makes it so easy to set up categories and change settings. The previous but I used didn’t even have a Web panel and that was a paid one. Can’t wait to see what gets added in future, would be nice if more of the documentation was finished though but most of it is so it’s not too much of an issue.

This is by far the best and easy-to-use Ticket Bot on Discord! I have tried many different bots to manage tickets for my servers and this one does everything and more that most other ticket bots couldn't do!

Hands down the best ticket bot available, the fact that it doesn't have any paywalled features and has a nice and polished dashboard (mostly) is great! Overall very satisfied with it. (Perhaps a possiblity of tickets using discord's threads in the future? 👀) (also first lol)

Use their managed service for my discord server. As a bot dev myself, I don't have the time to create a ticket bot when so many already exist. This one is by far one of the better options as it includes all the features I need. Highly recommend their managed service.

The best Ticket bot I have tested and the customer support is very patient and kind! I have tested almost ALL ticket support and this was the only white label with a Lifetime plan (I hate subs). Also Earth help me to configure the bot step by step.
