Better Modmail

Better Modmail is a feature-rich Modmail bot that gives you the ability to bring support to your server members in a more advanced way, with the same ease.

Below you'll find all of our currently available.

Setup Commands:

/setup - This runs the initial setup process for Better Modmail. This will begin by creating the "Better Modmail" category in your server, this category will automatically be private to the @everyone role, you will have to manually add roles that you want to be able to view this category. This will then create the "threads" channel, where you will be able to claim a thread, and will display the number of current active threads in your server.

/logs - This command has one required parameter, being the channel that you would like to send thread logs too.

/staff - This will set the designated "staff" role that will be pinged upon Thread Creation, by default this is set to the @everyone role.

/thread - Use this command only if you would like to change the channel that you use to claim threads. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED, ONLY ADDED FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE IT

/send - This command has one required parameter and one optional parameter, the first parameter being the channel you want to send your embed into, and the second being the message content. This embed will be where your server members will open new threads.
