This CountryHumans' server does have a few settings, but most of them are optional. This community might get a little sarcastic, but it's just for the fun. This server allows almost any sort of ships, so hop right in if you want to ship someone together. This server allows CountryHumans, CityHumans, StateHumans, AppHumans and etc. There are rules that you should follow, so make sure to not ignore them before playing.
