Server Rules:

1. Do Not Disrespect Anyone:

   Toxicity, harassment, and the like will not be allowed. Joking with members who are friends is okay, but know that people do not take things the same way you do. Never think that strangers are comfortable with your jokes. These include insults, "poking fun" at someone, making fun of someone's appearance, and going against another person's wishes either by finding loopholes in their request or going against them entirely. You are allowed to judge others actions but just the action, not the person themself.

2. No NSFW Content:

   Media with sexual content, gore or nudity are strictly forbidden. Discussing and linking to ecchi manga or anime is fine provided that images with nudity are not posted in chat. Linking hentai manga and anime that has sexual activity is not permitted. Repeated violation of this rule will result in a ban. This rule also covers words that relate to sexual activities or organs when used in their NSFW contexts or for no reason, and will also cover racial slurs including any variations of the N-word. This rule is null and void in all NSFW Channels.

3. Be Mature:

   Casual and serious chats are welcome, but being obnoxious, trolling, attention seeking, spamming (etc) is not allowed. Always use the channels appropriately. Copypastas are allowed as long as they comply with the rules on this list. #bot-table can be used for spam of bot commands. This rule can be partnered with 1 and 6 given context. Depending on prior activity, this rule is ban-worthy.

4. No Advertising:

   Posting original content (OC) is welcomed, but please do not promote yourself i.e. asking for donations or linking your social media in chat. Telling others to join your server in DM's is not allowed. Links to other discord servers are also not permitted. If you have advertisement in your role name then this rule is null and void for you.

5. Use English Only:

   Keep the chat in English as much as possible You will not be banned for using another language, but maybe imprisoned for repeatedly breaking this rule. Usage of another language in #spam-table is permitted.

6. No Arguing:

   Discussing past/current affairs and events is allowed but please make sure it does not spiral into a heated debate. Know when to stop. If you do plan on arguing, you may continue in #vent or in DM's. Passive aggression/being snarky may also be cause for this rule to be enforced.

7. Use Bot Commands properly:

   Do not excessively use the bot commands outside #bot-table; it is understood that reaction and action commands are an active and interesting part of a conversation but chat should not be filled with bot commands. To be safe, it is recommended to try regulating the amount of action commands outside of #bot-table to a maximum of 3 per minute. You are welcome to use any and all bot commands in #bot-table.

8. Do NOT encourage, enact, or post self-mutilation, self-harm, intent to harm self or others:

   If you're having a hard time see #vent. However, if you're experiencing genuine despair or depression please seek help from professional sources IE: National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255 ( https://suicidepreventionlifeline.org/ | https://www.mentalhelp.net/depression/hotline/ ) Under no circumstances will the posting of self-harm, mutilation, or otherwise generally gore like nature be tolerated. Nor will joking or implying suicide or harming of self/others be accepted. IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE YOU WILL BE BANED PERMANENTLY.

9. Don't Be A Creep:

   Don't DM members without a proper reason. If all you're going to do is just ask for their selfie and stuff related to that. Unless the other person is okay with sending it and knows you quite well, you will be punished. This rule can also cover actions within the server, such as pressuring someone to send a selfie while they're showing rejection of the idea, talking to someone in a manner that makes them and/or any other member at the time uncomfortable, or showing off that you've saved a member's selfie without their consent for later use, whatever that may be. For clarification purposes, sending a selfie or picture to #selfies or any other channel without deletion indicates that you consent to the possibility of others saving whatever you may send.

10. The Staff's Decision is Always Final:

    Do not fight or argue with the Moderation Staff. The final decision for any problem rests with them. However, you can question and ask for clarifications. In case a staff member violates a rule, do contact other members of the Moderation Staff. If you still have any questions regarding any of the rules, you can contact any of the staff.
